MWS for 2 hull strips transportation from S-pore to Baku for new build Sub-sea Construction Vessel (SCV)

Marine Warranty Services for this project involves carry out a marine study and attendance (in Ukraine, Russia and Azerbaijan only) and witness operations during transportation of hulls of subsea construction vessel (SCV) "Khankendi" from Singapore to Baku.

Two Hull strips were fabricated on Keppel Shipyard in Singapore, and were delivered over Bosporus and Dardanelles via the Black and Azov seas to in Kerch strait area by a vessel submerged type and then towed in port of Baku (Caspian Sea) over Volga –Don Channels.

The MWS for this project includes the following:

- Carry out the tug’s suitability survey used for two strip hulls Tow

- Witness the preparation for the float off operation in Kerch, Ukraine.

- Witness the preparation for the two strip hulls of wet tow and sailaway in Ukraine/ Russia.

- Witness the preparation for the arrival of two strip hulls in Baku Shipyard and inspection of post wet-tow condition and mooring arrangement for the two hull strips in Baku.
