Chengbei Upgrade Project involves the following activities:
- Remove 3 crude oil storage tanks in CB-BSL platform and modify BSL platform to a CEP
- Build a mixture pipeline, a composite sub-cable and a water injection pipeline
As the nominated MWS, GM China reviewed the procedure and calculation documents, and witnessed all the load-out, transportation and installation operation of platforms, pipeline and cable.
