The East Nile Delta field is located approximately 70km offshore Egypt in around 100m water depth. The field is developed by Pharaonic Petroleum Company (PhPC), a BP and EGAS joint venture company.
Global Maritime have acted as Marine Warranty Surveyors for the loadout, transportation and installation of the pipelines, umbilicals, subsea structures and spools. The umbilicals where fabricated in the UK while the subsea structures and spools were fabricated in Egypt. Subsea 7 were contracted to perform the installation work.
Global Maritime performed suitability inspections of all transportation and installation vessels, attended loadouts, seafastening and sailaways in Egypt and abroad and attended offshore during the offshore campaigns.
