DP2 closed bus, FMEA, LNG, FMECA, Cable Layer Vessel
Siem Aimery is an advanced DP2 class cable layer with closed bus tie configuration of the power switchboard. Global Maritime took part in the project from the very beginning preparing the FMEA report and proving trials program.
The vessel is designed to carry out highly specialized tasks including the pulling and repairing of medium and high voltage cables serving offshore wind turbines or seabed installation typical for oil and gas industry.
LNG BC Ferry – LNG Propulsion System FMECA
The vessel is a modern car-ferry with sophisticated LNG based propulsion system to meet recent environmental requirements. Canadian Owner required both FMECA proving with sea trials and RAM studies.
