Global Maritime’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

Global Maritime is closely following the prevailing governmental recommendations for the COVID-19 virus. We have also introduced our own measures for handling the situation, with regional variations depending on the severity of the outbreak. Our objective is always to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, partners and other stakeholders.

Global Maritime appreciates the severity of the COVID-19 virus-outbreak and we are monitoring the situation closely. Going forward we intend to serve and support all our customers and partners in the best possible way, whilst at the same time respecting the governing circumstances. We are committed to providing an uninterrupted service in a manner that mitigates exposure to our personnel and those of our clients.

The group management team and local management teams regularly discuss to ensure proper handling of current operational challenges, implementation of new measures and planning for likely upcoming scenarios globally.
