This day also serves as a moment to reaffirm our commitment towards gender equality, and to highlight our ongoing efforts to foster, support, and promote female representation and accomplishments across our organisation.
Gender Equality Milestones
With nearly 100 women in our workforce and a growing emphasis on increasing female representation in leadership roles, we are proud of the milestones we have achieved. In 2024, we strengthened our commitment by successfully promoting women to senior positions across key areas. Additionally, throughout our global expansion in 2024, we maintained a 25% female worker ratio—an outstanding feat in an industry where female involvement has historically been low.
Furthermore, the global ratio of female Graduate Engineers increased to 30% in 2024, reflecting our long-term commitment in encouraging women to pursue careers in engineering. This rise reinforces our stance that attracting and retaining female talent is critical to the future of our industry.
Recognising Women and their Achievements in the Industry
We are also proud to use International Women's Day as opportunity to recognise the accomplishments of the amazing women in our organisation, including Alona Gorodetska, Head of Legal, who was recently nominated for two awards at the Oil & Gas Middle East Awards, including Executive of the Year and Energy Woman of the Year, reflecting our commitment to supporting women in industry leadership roles and progression within the marine and energy sector.
