South Abu Zenima Petroleum Company (Petrozenima) developed the Muzhil project which is located in the South Abou Zeneima block situated on the Eastern side of the Gulf of Suez approximately 6 km offshore northwest of Abu Rudeis in a water depth of around 33m.
Global Maritime have acted as Marine Warranty Surveyors for the loadout, transportation and installation of the jacket, piles, topsides, boat landing, pipeline and riser. The platform was constructed and loaded out in Alexandria, towed through the Suez Canal before being installed in the field by the PMS 12. The PMS 12 also installed the 4in pipeline to the nearby mobile offshore production unit.
Global Maritime performed suitability inspections of all transportation and installation vessels, attended loadouts, seafastening and sailaway and attended offshore during the offshore campaigns.
