(Qatar) are the Marine Advisors to Occidental Petroleum of Qatar Ltd providing in house Master Mariners who have extensive experience in berthing and unberthing of oil tankers in STS operations, tandem and pilotage duties for ULCC / VLCC / product tankers directly including the loading and unloading operations during the STS operations. The ships are manoeuvred through congested waters and the operation is completed by controlling the ships.
