Global Maritime Deutschland GmbH carried out the DP2 FMEAs for two ice breaking Multi-Purpose Salvage Vessels. Both vessels have ice class 6 and are designed for operations in arctic waters with ice thickness of one meter.
The ships have FiFi notation and are equipped with towing and saturation diving facilities. In addition, the vessels can combat oil spills and contain technological instruments for searching the seafloor and damaged objects to depths of up to 1000 meters.
