Global Maritime secures Fit-4-for Offshore Renewables (F4OR) granted status

Global Maritime is pleased to announce that it has achieved Fit for Offshore Renewables (F4OR) granted status, a nationally recognised benchmark for excellence in the offshore renewable energy supply chain.

The F4OR programme delivered by the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult with industry partners, sets a nationally recognised benchmark for excellence in the offshore renewable sector. It acknowledges businesses that demonstrate robust management systems, processes, and competencies essential for success.

Global Maritime successfully completed the fourth F4OR North East Scotland programme, funded by ETZ Ltd, earning F4OR granted status. This achievement demonstrates compliance with the programme’s stringent standards and confirms that Global Maritime meets the levels of performance, quality, and technical capability required to support the offshore renewable energy sector.

F4OR certification, which is site specific and remains valid for up to three years, strengthens Global Maritime’s position as a trusted partner to developers, operators, and the wider offshore renewables supply chain.
