Structural Analysis and Design
Our work has been particularly directed at the generation of models for simulation and stress analysis of structures in the marine environment, both at the global and local level.
We maintain a range of analysis packages including the linear and non-linear finite element programs STAAD PRO, COSMOS and SESAM, and a combined hydrodynamic and structural simulation package MOSES.

- Our staff are capable of analysing structures in aluminium, concrete, timber and composite materials.
- Both linear and nonlinear approaches are used to solve static and dynamic structural and mechanical problems.
- Our expertise includes plastic analyse as well (plastic capacity of structural elements and impact analyse).
- These approaches are used to analyse structures and mechanical components in all relevant limit states (ultimate, serviceability, fatigue and accidental limit state).
