General Purpose Software

The general purpose software is a program that is available ‘off the shelf’. It provides analysis tools for designers and vessel operators. Programs that are offered by Global Maritime are:

  • GMOOR32 – Windows based quasi-static and dynamic, multi-line, multi-component Mooring analysis program

  • HYDROGM – Naval architecture stability software for semi-submersibles, jack-ups and other floating bodies

  • RISERDYN – Windows based Rigid riser analysis in frequency domain

  • CATENARY & TOWING - a program suited for single mooring and towing line calculations. The main purpose of the program is to quickly obtain an estimate of either the mooring or the towing line configuration, and to get some characteristic values such as; clearances to seabed / pipelines, length in water / seabed and loads in fairleads / catenary / tow line.
