AMATIS®

Amatis® is a key tool to assist our professional marine staff with Vessel Traffic Simulations. We developed this program to enable vessel movements, ship-to-ship encounters and traffic densities to be measured by area and route over a given period of time.

Traffic changes may arise from land reclamation, changes to route locations or dimensions, traffic patterns or changes in traffic management.

AMATIS® is not simply a tool to provide a visual appreciation of potential traffic congestion areas prior to the commencement of a major port project, but it provides real outcomes in terms of statistical data which are vital to the overall planning process of the project.
